Ordinary Members
- Full Members: Individuals with full legal capacity who, after meeting the admission requirements and paying their dues, form the active core of the Club.
- Sponsoring Members: Legal entities that provide financial support to the organization, earning a special place for their contribution.
Honorary Members
- Honorary President: A prestigious person appointed by the Board of Directors in recognition of their contributions and alignment with the values of our Club.
Institutional Members
- Presidents of similar associations who share our goals and values, appointed by the Board of Directors.

Members’ Rights and Obligations
Rights
- Access to the Club’s services and facilities.
- Participation in events and activities organized by the Club.
- Right to speak and vote at the General Assembly.
- Right to be informed and heard before any disciplinary action is taken.
Obligations
- Compliance with the statutes and agreements of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
- Punctual payment of fees and levies.
- Maintain respectful behavior in accordance with the Club’s values.

Governing bodies
General Assembly
- The supreme body of the organization, comprised of all full members. It meets at least once a year to approve the Board of Directors’ management, review and approve the annual accounts, and decide on other key issues.
Board of Directors
- Composed of between five and fifteen members elected by the General Assembly, it is responsible for the direction and supervision of the Circle’s activities.
Executive Committee
- Appointed by the Board of Directors, it is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the organization.

How to Become a Member
Regular Members
- They require the endorsement of four Circle members and the submission of an application for membership, which must be approved by the Board of Directors.
Sponsoring Members
- They must submit a membership application signed by their legal representative and detail their financial or material contribution. The application must also be approved by the Board of Directors.
